Yes – in fact, this is one of the most common reasons people attend. Presentation anxiety is normal and extremely common, even among experienced professionals. We create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where participants can practise gradually, receive constructive feedback, and build real confidence. By the end of the program, most participants are genuinely surprised by how much their comfort and capability has grown.
Smaller groups produce the best results because every participant gets substantial practice time and individual feedback. We recommend a maximum of 10–12 participants per session to ensure everyone has multiple opportunities to present, debrief, and apply what they’re learning. We can accommodate larger groups by running parallel or sequential sessions.
Yes. Presenting effectively via video conferencing requires a distinct set of skills – managing camera presence, reading a remote audience, handling technology, and maintaining engagement without the benefit of physical proximity. We can include virtual presentation practice as part of the program or run a specific module focused on online facilitation and presenting.
Participants present multiple times throughout the program – that’s the core of how the learning works. We introduce frameworks and techniques, but the majority of the session is spent presenting, receiving feedback, and presenting again. It’s a safe, high-repetition environment designed to build real skill and real confidence, not just knowledge about presenting.
