MLQ360+, also known as the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 360, is a commonly used assessment to measure transformational leadership in the workplace.

Using the MLQ360+ assessment as part of a Leadership Program
Our team are able to use MLQ Assessment as part of a Leadership Program. When completing either a MLQ360 or MLQ Self-Assessment, we can gain a measure of the participant’s current leadership capabilities mapped against the Full Range Model.
At the completion of the Leadership Program or at another suitable time, a second assessment is completed, showing how the participant has improved their leadership capability mapped against the same criteria in the Full Range Leadership Model.
This results can be mapped against industry benchmarks for the Full Range Leadership Model.

When you complete the MLQ360+ assessment you receive direct feedback from up to 24 people across four different categories. This report is a deep dive into practical insights to build leadership capability and to get the most out of coaching or training.
Your coaches will discuss with you a detailed breakdown of scores across all rater groups and overall comparison of self versus rater feedback across all transformational leadership factors.
