As Director & Facilitator, Ross had 25 years of experience in the NSW Police Force, where he served as Senior Hostage Negotiator and a Senior Supervisor for the Special Weapons and Operations Squad (SWOS).
His expertise in handling high-risk situations and managing corporate change has prepared him to train leaders across various industries, including mining, construction, health, and local government.
Training Facilitator
With over 20 years of safety leadership experience in high-risk environments, John specialises in psychological safety and risk management. He is committed to helping organisations cultivate safer, more compassionate workplaces.
John combines his safety expertise with a focus on psychological safety, providing training that emphasises compassionate leadership and effective risk management. He has significant management and training experience, serving a variety of industry sectors including construction, manufacturing, local government, logistics, and mining.
Training Facilitator
Maria has extensive experience in social justice and community services, particularly in crisis support for disadvantaged and Indigenous communities. Her work focuses on resilience-building and community empowerment.
Maria’s background in social justice brings depth to her training in leadership and resilience. Her experience in crisis response and empowerment within disadvantaged communities adds a unique perspective on building effective, inclusive leadership.
Training Facilitator
David has a 25-year background in B2B Sales and Marketing and is an accredited DISC facilitator. He supports teams by combining his real-world experience in sales with DISC assessments to enhance team dynamics.
David uses his extensive sales and marketing experience to guide teams through DISC assessments, helping them understand personality dynamics, improve communication, and foster stronger team cohesion.

Director & Facilitator Mark’s early leadership experience was forged in the NSW Police, where he led surveillance teams and served as a senior manager. As a Sergeant, he moved on to run larger uniformed teams at Local Area Commands for several years, and gained sought-after experience as a member of senior management teams.
Mark has a professional background working in high-risk environments. In these conditions it is essential to have effective leadership to ensure operational outcomes are delivered. This experience makes him beyond qualified to help others develop skills and capability.
Mark’s first introduction to leadership was in the NSW Police where he led surveillance teams and worked in the complex area of covert police operations. As a Sergeant, he moved on to run larger uniformed teams at Local Area Commands for several years and gained sought-after experience as a member of senior management teams. He has a successful history running small to large scale operations, liaising with corporate partners, managing people performance, and developing training programs.
Training Facilitator
Michelle had a 21-year career with the NSW Police Force, attaining the rank of Sergeant. With frontline leadership experience in both operations and education and training, Michelle spent her final four years in the police as a facilitator at the Police Leadership Centre supporting the organisation’s leadership and management capability framework.
Michelle is DISC accredited and has experience in investigations, risk management, conflict management, change management and psychological safety. She has the following qualifications: Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management; Advanced Diploma of Business; and Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management.
Michelle is currently studying a Bachelor in Psychological Science at university, reinforcing her passion for education and personal development.
To support the knowledge and practical experience she brings as a facilitator, Michelle has numerous qualifications that support the concepts she shares with her participants, assisting them to reach their full potential.
Training Facilitator
A former Fire & Rescue NSW Superintendent, David’s expertise lies in emergency response and operational leadership. He now supports leaders in developing skills for critical situations and strategic planning.
David is a specialised leadership training facilitator for emergency response, helping teams develop strategic planning and risk management skills for high-pressure situations as well as develop skills in leadership, project management, WH&S and Associated Non-Technical Skills (ANTS – Mining Industry).
