On Thursday 16th July 2020, Leadership & Performance Partners facilitated a Professional Development Day for leaders from the United Wambo Joint Venture (Glencore) Production Team.

- ‘The Bomb’ Team Building Activity

- Team Charter (Vision; Mission; Purpose)
By the conclusion of the day there were a number of Actions that the team committed to completing as they work towards becoming a ‘High Performing Team’.
It is great to see a team of people committed to success and understanding that their disciplined leadership will be critical to that as they influence and develop their people.
