We have been asked on a number of occasions why undertake non-accredited training in comparison to accredited training (nationally recognised).
There are benefits to a business when they invest in their people through a number of methods including internal coaching and training; nationally recognised accredited training; mentoring programs; and non-accredited training.
As a business, it is about understanding what your specific needs are and what options there are available to you to address those needs or in some circumstance gaps. Our approach at Leadership & Performance Partners is to develop training programs that are outcomes based, after which there will be a benefit to the people who have attended and to the business itself. Those benefits will manifest themselves in a number of ways including:
- Improved productivity
- Quality improvements
- Reduction in employee turnover
- Increased employee engagement
- Improved communication within the workplace
- Improved inter-personal relationships
- Leaders with greater self awareness
- Less workplace conflict
- Positive workplace culture
Providing programs that are non-accredited enables us to have greater flexibility when:
- Developing training program content
- Developing scenarios and role plays for participants to undertake on the training day
- Building into training programs the business values and / or mission statement
- Focusing on the needs of individual participants
- Including the business policies; procedures; processes into the training program
- Using guest speakers and subject matter experts when delivering training programs
- Consulting and collaborating with clients to specifically meet their requirements
- The use of behavioural profile tools such as DISC; MBTI; LSI1 & LSI2
We are passionate about people improving their leadership capability and believe out approach through the provision of non-accredited programs leads to improved results and outcomes in relation to personal and professional development.
