During May, Leadership & Performance Partners has continued to deliver Situational Awareness Workshops to Hunter Water’s civil crews.
Thanks to each group that has attended the workshops for their involvement at each workshop: asking questions; being involved in group activities; sharing knowledge and experience. The photos show the participants completing an activity completing their workplace risk assessments and using the skills and tools discussed during the workshop.
The Situational Awareness workshops can be tailored to suit organisations within any industry. They may delivered as either 2 x 4 hour sessions or as a 1 Day Program.
