Leadership & Performance Partners will work with your business to develop an ANTS program specific to your needs. We will work with you to undertake a Gap Analysis to identify the required focus on the key areas and allocate time frames to suit. We are outcomes focused and our objective is for your people to walk away with increased knowledge and skills that they will apply in the work environment. Our programs are highly interactive and use scenario based training and role plays to embed the program outcomes. We provide ongoing coaching support for a period of time post game to support your people.
