Mentoring Workshop with NSW Public Works Advisory

On Thursday 26th September 2019 Leadership & Performance Partners completed Phase 1 of the NSW Public Works Advisory Mentoring Program.

This involved workshops with both the Mentors and Mentees discussing some of the following areas:
• The benefits for the Mentor, Mentee and the business
• Setting Goals and Expectations
• Developing Self Development Action Plans
• Completing a personal SWOT and the VAK Learning Style questionnaire.

It was a very interactive workshop and below are some of the ideas that came from the group.

Phase II will involve both the Mentor and Mentee completing the DISC profile tool and a facilitated debrief to assist both parties to understand their personalities and communication styles
to support the Mentoring journey.
