Leadership & Performance Partners are HBDI Certified

Ross Grace and Mark Maguire from Leadership & Performance Partners recently completed their HBDI Certification., Leadership Performance Partners

The HBDI is a  psychometric assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain Model. The data helps us adapt our thinking preferences to communicate effectively, improve decision making and problem solving.

After completing the survey, a person receives a comprehensive HBDI Profile report that includes in-depth interpretation of the results, reference material about the Whole Brain Model, comparison data, and activities for further exploration and development.

It provides the basis for Whole Brain Thinking, a scalable framework which provides a lens for improved understanding and insight. It acknowledges that different tasks require different mental processes, and different people prefer different kinds of thinking. Whole Brain Thinking helps organisations get better results when they can strategically leverage the full spectrum of thinking available.

, Leadership Performance PartnersEveryone has access to all four quadrants but to varying degrees. Herrmann’s database indicates that 5% of the population have a preference for one quadrant, 58% have a preference for two quadrants, 34% have a preference for three quadrants and 3% prefer all four equally. Applying Whole Brain Thinking means being able to fully leverage one’s own preferences, stretch to other quadrants when necessary, and adapt to and take advantage of the preferences of those around you to improve performance and results.

As well as providing a person with a personalised individual de-brief the HBDI can also be applied for Pairs and Teams.
