On Friday 17th March 2021 Leadership & Performance Partners supported the Mt Owen Glendell Commercial Team Day held in Maitland. The team was provided with an overview of DISC and were also provided with their own DISC Reports. To support the understanding of DISC the team undertook an activity, during which they had to take into account the various DISC styles whilst communicating and decision making.
