Leadership & Performance Partners have commenced delivering GCAA Operational Work Planning aligned with BSBMGT402 Implement operational plan to Glencore sites including United Wambo Joint Venture and Liddell Coal Operations.
We are working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Australian College of Education and Further Training (ACEFT) to deliver the program.
Leadership & Performance Partners are facilitating the sessions and ACEFT are issuing the Certificate of Attainment upon successful completion of the assessment and being deemed Competent.
The training delivery is following a practical approach, with participants undertaking a desktop exercise throughout the day which addresses a workplace issue. Working in teams, the consider the stages of operational planning and present their findings as the workshop progresses through the scenario.
For statutory holders the 7 hours of training may be used as part of their Maintenance of Competence requirements. Furthermore, it is a great opportunity for knowledge and experience to be shared among those in attendance.
