Emotional Intelligence Workshop 5th February 2020

On Wednesday 5th February 2020, Leadership & Performance Partners facilitated an Emotional Intelligence workshop at the Mercure Hotel’s conference room in Charlestown.

Participant’s from a variety of businesses including City of Newcastle Council; Delta Electricity; Unity Building; Wideline; and Hunter Water were in attendance.

Thanks to everyone for their involvement on the day as we covered a range of topics and activities including:

  • Understanding Emotional Intelligence
  • The key concepts of EI
  • How our emotions effect our behaviour
  • Communication strategies
  • Identifying Hot Triggers
  • Undertaking the LSI1 Tool
  • Completing a DISC Activity
  • EI Strategies for work and life
  • Completing a Self Development Action Plan
