Leadership & Performance Partners are proud to announce we will be working the NSW Government Public Works Advisory (Hunter New England Region) to develop and deliver a Mentoring Program.
In consultation with the Public Works Advisory, Leadership & Performance Partners will be:
- delivering information and training sessions to the selected mentors and mentees;
- preparing and reviewing DISC Individual and Pair Assessments with the mentors and mentees ;
- developing program guides for both the mentors and mentees; and
- providing ongoing coaching support for both the mentors and mentees
